Life situations can at times be very difficult to deal with. Painful events, family relationships health and career problems may encourage some people to seek support through therapy.  Having someone to listen, be non judgemental and supportive can provide the strength needed to think clearly, re -build self condidence and find a resolve.

I am a qualified Psychodynamic Psychotherapist working in South London.  I provide one to one time limited Psychodynamic Counselling and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). Psychodynamic Psychotherapy means working with the whole person from childhood to adulthood, exploring how the past affects current behaviour and thought. 

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) is a psychological therapy treatment that can help with depression and anxiety. Cognitive Behaviour Tharapy is about supporting people to examine how their thoughts and behaviour impacts on feelings and how this contributes to various problems in their lives.

I provide support to others, offering them time, space, patience to finding their own paths to understanding and managing their own lives.
